How can I get opinions and advice on my model from other team members?

Answer: 

Once a NoSQL structure has been created, we can collaborate with other team members around what has been created. Users can store comments and conversations against the diagram, to get opinions and advice from other team members. 

These may be users that only have read-only access with a Reviewer license, but still have important insight into how the application may be coded, how it may be changing, or where performance can be improved.

Steps:

Within a diagram, select the 3-dot menu and choose comments

Conversations are persisted – Users can notify other users within a comment, by using a ‘mention’, Using the @ symbol will provide them with a list of other users within the account. 

The other user will receive an in-tool notification and an email that someone has mentioned them within a comment in a diagram. 

A comment may be something like ‘@xxx can you please review this new structure and let me know any performance improvements’.

This user may post comments back to us in the conversation in the same way or can escalate to someone else in the list using the @ symbol to view list of users.
