When attempting to view attachments through the Archive Manager website the web browser gives an HTTP 500 internal server error and the following errors are seen in the eventlog on the webserver:

The version of the Tivoli Storage Manager client differs between the Archive Manager server and the Webserver
Update the version of the TSM client on the webserver to match that of the Archive Manager services server.
If installing the TSM on a 64bit server ensure that a "Custom" installation is performed and "Client API (32bit) runtime files" is selected.
