Reviewing the ManagedPluginService.nptlog you will see the following message:
Message: Unhandled exception in AppDomain 2: System.ServiceModel.AddressAlreadyInUseException: Cannot listen on pipe name 'net.pipe://localhost/' because another pipe endpoint is already listening on that name. ---> System.IO.PipeException
At the same time this message is written then the mdmp file is also created.
