Orphaned Domain Users report does not delete users (4282083)

When clicking "Delete all orphans (in home farm only)" on an Orphaned Domain Users report, none of the users are copied over to the people picker of the Delete User Permissions report. Also, when running this with the "Automatically delete users after analysis has run (in home farm only)" option selected, no Delete User Permissions report is scheduled because the users are not being copied over into the people picker.

If the "ParallelProcs" parameter on the Application Performance category of the ControlPoint Settings List has the value of "D,A,R", this action will not work correctly when attempted on more than one site collection.

1. Open the ControlPoint Configuration Site (e.g. http://servername:1818).
2. Select the ControlPoint Settings List and expand the "Application Performance" category.

   

3. Edit the "ParallelProcs" parameter, delete the "D,A,R" value and leave the field empty.

   

4. Save the parameter.
5. Recycle the ControlPoint application pool in IIS Manager.
