RegAsm.exe errors during ControlPoint Online installation (4281770)

When attempting to install ControlPoint for Office 365, the wizard fails with the following error:

ControlPoint DLL files in the installation folder's BIN subdirectory are blocked by Windows Server.

1. Go to the BIN folder in the installation folder.
2. Right-click on CustomActionsLibrary.dll and select Properties.
3. Click “Unblock” that is under Advanced in the General tab shown below:

   

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the RegAsm.exe file.

Once the files are unblocked, the error will not occur anymore and the "Unblock" option won't be available, as well.
