Cause
Site collection backup is not supported. -
Resolution
Site collection backups are not supported with Selective Restore Manager. Taking farm backups or full content database backups gives the ability to restore from the backup in Selective Restore Manager.
NOTE: Selective Restore Manager is no longer offered and supported. Please contact your account manager for other Metalogix products and solutions that you may use.
