Cause
NME logs show a localized name for Contacts in the MergeAddressBookFolder=value INI section instead of the default MergeAddressBookFolder=Contacts

Resolution
In this case, the user had specified MergeAddressBookFolder=Kontakte which conflicts with the default name folder for Contacts in a German Language Exchange mail box, resulting in the duplicate Kontakte (1) folder.
To resolve this problem either leave the default Merge Contacts folder name as Contacts when selecting Migrate PABS or use a custom name that does not conflict with the default folder names for the destination Mailboxes.

You are presented with the option to "Merge into Folder Name" when selecting the Migrate Personal Address Books option in the NME Migrate User Data Wizard.
