Some groups are not being mail enabled in the target domain -
Description
Directory Synchronization is running and mail enabling most objects, however some groups are not being mail enabled.
These groups do not belong to any protected groups (as per SOL17416) and the Exchange Recipient Update Service has been confirmed to be functioning properly (as per SOL14768).
The DSA.log file does not show any errors.
What could be causing this?
