The URL that opens the DA (Desktop Authority) console needs to be added to your local intranet trusted site.

Steps to Resolve

Within Internet Explorer select Tools | Internet options | Security.

Select “Local intranet” | “Sites”

Click the “Advanced” button.

Enter the URL of the desired site and click “Add” | “Close”.
