When migrating mailboxes with Migration Manager for Exchange, PR_IPM_NOTE_ENTRYID is not synchronized to the root folder of the target mailbox.
This behaviour is by design.
System folder IDs are auto-generated (by Exchange) for a target mailbox when it is created. If later we bring those IDs from the source to target, this may result in duplication of system folders or some other unwanted effect.
