When opening the Spotlight on Messaging console you receive the following error:
Failed to connect to Diagnostic Services connection because:
Cannot open database "SpotlightManagementFramework"
requested by the login. The login failed.
Login failed for user Domain\Username
The user opening the Spotlight on Messaging console does not have permission in the "SpotlightManagementFramework" database.
Add the account used to open the Spotlight on Messaging console to the db_owner fixed database role in the "SpotlightManagementFramework" database.
