FglAM will not connect to FMS. -
Description
A new install of the FglAM completes, and the process starts up but never connects to the FMS. -
Cause
2015-10-20 13:49:38.926 ECHO <org.apache.http.impl.client.DefaultHttpClient> INFO [Quartz[0]-1] com.quest.glue.core.util.CommonsLoggingToQuestBridge - I/O exception (java.net.BindException) caught when connecting to the target host: Cannot assign requested address

Resolution
Open up the fglam.config and edit the following line:
<config:http-upstream url="https://myserver.com:8443" address="10.35.33.33" ssl-allow-self-signed="true" compressed="true"/>
Remove the address tag and start the FglAM back up:
<config:http-upstream url="https://myserver.com:8443" ssl-allow-self-signed="true" compressed="true"/>
Note: -address tag should define the address of the FglAM, not the FMS.
