Packages or procedures auto Checks In when opening Alter View or Alter Trigger window. (4280170)

If a package or procedure are checked out and then the Alter View or Trigger window is opened from the Schema Browser, the package or procedure that is checked out will be auto checked in.  A quick check from the Team Coding Viewer will show that the package or procedure is still checked out.

WORKAROUND:

Close the Alter View or Trigger window that is opened and in the Schema Browser and the package or procedure displayed instead of views or triggers.

RESOLUTION:

Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for Oracle.
