Install repository reports invalid objects - "PLS-00201: identifier 'DBMS_LOB' must be declare -
Description
I installed the Quest Code Tester repository but it reported that many of the install objects were invalid. I see in the install log many references to
"PLS-00201: identifier 'DBMS_LOB' must be declared."

Cause
The Oracle requirements to Quest Code Tester is not met.

Resolution
Check to make sure you have the rights to the Oracle SYS packages DBMS_LOB; however, in general you will need rights to all of the SYS objects listed below and you will need to make sure public synonyms for each exist.
SYS.DBMS_DESCRIBE
SYS.DBMS_LOB
SYS.DBMS_RANDOM
SYS.DBMS_SQL
XDB.DBMS_XMLDOM
XDB.DBMS_XMLPARSER
XDB.DBMS_XSLPROCESSOR,Once you have been given the rights, uninstall and reinstall your repository.
