ERROR: Unknown Exception
Symptoms:
Error appears when Launching Evolve Designer. This is because the evolveDesigner.exe file is corrupted.
Resolution:
To resolve this issue please delete the current “evolveDesigner.exe” file from "C:\Casewise\Evolve\Site\bin", then run "Evolve repair" via the control panel.
"Control panel→ Programs and Features (add/remote on older machines) → select Evolve from the list→ Select Repair" Please follow the prompts to complete the repair process.
This should replace the “evolveDesigner.exe” file.
