In the Toad Editor, the mouse and the keyboard is not responding. (4279585)

My mouse and keyboard have become unresponsive in the Toad Editor - I cannot type anything or move my cursor.  When the keyboard becomes unresponsive,  pressing the CTRL, SHIFT or ALT key will get the keyboard to work again, but only for a short while.  Also the caps lock is on when it's reporting as off on the keyboard.  Hitting it a few times fixes the problem.

Running Cisco Security Agent (CSA) can cause this issue to occur.  CSA might be registering Toad as a key stroke logging program and denying it access. 

Please check with your IT Admin to see it Cisco Security Agent is on and running.  If so, check with them on how to keep it from flagging Toad.
