Exchange Utility error http 401 Unauthorized when reconstructing messages (4279497)

When using Exchange Utility to reconstruct stripped message the following error is seen:

"The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized"

This issue occurs when the authentication mode is set to Windows in the web.config file.

HOW TO SOLVE IT? 

In the Archive Manager Server

• Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\ArchiveManager\WebService\Web.config. Change the authentication mode to "Forms".

• Open IIS Manager | Sites | ArchiveManager | DefaultInstance | Authentication | Forms Authentication |Right click and Enable

• Open IIS Manager | Sites | ArchiveManager | DefaultInstance | Authentication | Anonymous Authentication |Right click and Enable
