How to migrate Templates to a new Diagnostic Server.
Resolution

RESOLUTION:
1. From the old Diagnostic Server host, go to C:\Program Files\Dell\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf\Document\applications\templates
2. Copy all the directories in that directory
3. Paste in into C:\Program Files\Dell\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf\Document\applications\templates in the new Diagnostic Server host
4. With the Spotlight Client closed, restart the new Diagnostic Server
