In DEBUG mode, place a cursor on a variable, a tool-tip appears which shows the current value of that variable. If I have heavily modified the colors
on my machine, the tool-tip displays with a yellow background, and the text appears in white. In the prior version of TOAD, the background was black and the font was white.
Is there an option to change the background color and text on a tool-tip?
