Description
When performing a Forward or Send To Me for an archived message, the received copy always includes the original email recipient in the CC: field. -

By design. -
Resolution
This is by design based on the consideration that Archive Manager does not keep a copy of the forwarded/send-to-me message like Outlook client, which a copy will be saved to the Sent Items. The CC serves as a reference to keep track of the performed action and ensures that the original recipient of the message is informed of the event.
