Solution:
1. Having an extracted PT Project in a folder, run Application Designer
2. Go to File > Open
3. Search for the project and click Open. For example, %GIO%
4. Go to Tools | Copy Project | To File
**NOTE: Only use the Copy Project | To File step to get a sample of your .ini file.
5. Change the Export directory to where you would like the project to go to or leave it as C:\Temp
6. Click Copy
7. GIO_BUILD project will be extracted to C:\temp\GIO_BUILD
8. Open GIO_BUILD project and look for GIO_BUILD.ini
9. Replace the COUNT parameters from client project with the proper parameters using GIO_BUILD sample project. Make sure to increase COUNT by 1. For example, if current count is 028 then the next number should be 029.

10. Go to Tools | Copy Project | From File
11. Locate the project folder and click Open
12. Click Copy
13. Results after finish copying project from file
14. Run Stat and you are now ready to read in the project for %GIO% both projects.
