Is there a manual install script for Spotlight on Oracle 4.5 and Spotlight on RAC 2.0?

This is needed because 'O7_DICTIONARY_ACCESSIBILITY' is set to false and 'remote_login_passwordfile' is set to none, and the parameters cannot be changed.
Resolution
