The SQL server and Notes/AD/Exchange information under Default Settings has been filled out in the NME Interface but no Notes Discovery tasks are available. Clicking on the Find NABs wizard does not respond and no error message is presented.
This issue was caused by the Shared Directories Section of the Edit Default Settings not being completed.
Populating the UNC paths for the following fields under Shared Directories solves this problem:
Once these fields are completed the Find NABs option will be available.
