Schedule a 24 hour Active Administrator report to run every hour, that contains events for the past 24 hours.
By default when a report is created for the past 24 hours, and it’s scheduled to run every hour, only events from the past hour are produced. It may be desirable to have events from the past 24 hours in the report every hour. Please follow the steps below to achieve this.
Create the desired report for the past 24 hours and then click “Set Schedule” and select the Frequency to “Daily”, as shown below:
Open the Windows Scheduled Tasks
Open the “Scriptlogic Reporting scheduled task” that you would like to modify. Copy the entire “Run” command.
Open Notepad and paste the contents of the “Run” command as shown below. Place quotes around the details, and then add the argument at the end (In this example, the argument is 1). Save the text document with a .bat extension
Browse to the location of the .bat file:
Via the Schedule > Advanced tabs change the Repeat task to every 1 hour and the duration to 24 hours, as shown below:
