When using dynamic variables in an Outlook signature element, there may be undesired spaces in the formatting, if some of the user accounts do not return data for a particular dynamic variable. There are no formatting options in the Outlook signature element that will compensate for the conditions below:
· data being returned for some user accounts and null data being returned for others
· when a dynamic variable is queried and resolved from Active Directory in real time
However, custom definitions file entries may be used to compensate for the disparity. Both a definitions file entry, and a list of variables in the Outlook signature element can be used to work around the issue.
Workaround:
Please Contact Support to obtain the definitions file entry and a list of variables.
