This error is usually caused by a bad memory DIMM or because there is a USB KVM switch plugged into the machine. First remove the USB KVM from the machine, reboot and see if this resolves the issue.
If it does not, then download the latest version of the memtest ISO http://www.memtest.org/#downiso and burn it to CD.
Boot the KSDA with this disk. Memtest will automatically start as soon as the machine boots.
Press “c” to bring up the configuration menu.
Press “2” to bring up the memory range box and choose “test all memory”.
Depending on the KSDA hardware a single pass may take an hour. Let the test run through 5 passes. Any errors will show up in the summary section in red in the middle of the screen. If an error is found, open a ticket with support and attach a picture of the screen with the error.
