During the migration as user becomes switched to the target environment, the console view of switched users may be out of date missing the green check mark. Some mailboxes are being shown with a blue question mark.
This is caused because the console did not "poll" ADAM for changes regarding automatically switched mailboxes.
To retrieve an up to date status of the users that have been switched to the target domain, please perform the following:
1. Within the Quest Migration Manager console, Exchange Data tab, drill down to Source-Target Exchange mail servers pair under Mailbox Synchronization.
2. Right click and choose the "Refresh switch status" selection
An enumeration will be performed from ADAM and the console will be updated with the latest switch information.
