How to create a report that contains OS, PCName and OS version (4276386)

This can be done by using the Report Wizard.  Choose a Hardware inventory report and add computer name, operating system, and patch level.   

1. Open the Desktop Authority Reporting Tool.
2. Select User-Defined Reports in the left panel.
3. Click Report Wizard, select Hardware Inventory form the popup window, and click Next.
4. From Available Items add Computer Name, Operating System, Path Level to the Selected Items panel and click Next.
5. Follow the wizard and set any other options needed.
6. Under Report Description, enter the Title and Report name.
7. In the Save the Report window click Save and Generate Report and click Save to save the report to the User-Defined repository.

After clicking Save the report will be generated. And the created report will appear in the User-Defined Reports for future use. 

In order to Run a saved report, right click over the report name and select Generate. Or select the report and click Generate at the bottom left.
