“The server request timeout” message when tried to Copy and Paste elements on the same object
Description

When try to Copy and Paste and element on the same object getting a red box at the top left corner of the console saying: "The server request timed out" at the left top of the Desktop Authority Manager Console.
Cause

This is a known issue and has been submitted to the developers under the Product Defect #: DAMS-3091. The cause is unknown by now and still under investigation, but there are plans to include the fix on a future release.
Resolution

Workaround:
Instead of Copy and Paste in the same page that the element is located it, navigate to the last page right click over the last element and select Paste. This will copy the element at the end of the list. See images below.

Status: This issue still under investigation for the developers and there are plans to include the fix on our next release.
