Messages imported using the PST Importer are not visible in Archive Manager
Incorrectly specified Export directory.
For PST Importer issues, you can find more information in the log at: C:\Documents and Settings\[USERNAME]\Local Settings\Temp\[PST FILENAME].wlog
In this log file, verify that the value for the following key matches the Export folder shown in the Archive Manager configuration editor.
<Key Name="ExportFolder" Value="S:\Quest Software\ArchiveManager\Export\PST" />
If the values do not match, cut and paste the XML files in the folder specified by the PST Importer into the Export directory and they will be processed, or amend the path to the Export folder in the PST Importer to match and reimport the PST.
