When opening a report from the BlackBerry Report Pack you receive the following message. "This report requires a report pack license that has not been installed"

Cause
The Report Packs included in MessageStats versions prior to 6.7 required a separate license for each pack. For versions 6.7 and greater all report packs are included with your MessageStats license.

Resolution
Upgrade to the latest version of MessageStats and install the Report Pack included with that version.
