No cached data for download (4276179)

Upon clicking the Download as .csv link from the results of a ControlPoint search or analysis, the following message displays:

Error: No cached data for download

The time period during which ControlPoint holds search or analysis results in the server's cache has expired.

Perform any of the following:

• Reload the page, then attempt to run the action or analysis again.
• The amount of time that the ControlPoint application stores this data can be extended through the CACHEREPORT4 parameter. However, higher values will cause the ControlPoint worker process to consume more memory on its host machine.
  1. Open the ControlPoint Configuration Site (e.g. http://servername:1818).
  2. Select the ControlPoint Settings list and expand the Actions and Analyses category.

     

  3. Edit the CACHEREPORT4 parameter and change its value. By default, it is set to 20.

     

  4. Save the parameter.
  5. Recycle the ControlPoint application pool in IIS Manager.
