New mail items not being added to the Archive Manager Database. (4275955)

The "C:\Quest Software\ArchiveManager\Error\" directory is filling up with xml files and new items are not being added to the Archive Manager Database.
The following error is getting logged in the DL.log file.

13:07:10.685 11 ERROR DataLoader FL.2: Exception has been caught - moving file C:\Quest Software\ArchiveManager\Export\\4aac3f71-6154-4d4b-e7ce-5cce21476e63.xml to error folder.
System.IO.IOException: The file exists.

1. Go to services and stop the "Archive Data Load Service"
2. Next check  the following directory.
       C:\Users\ServiceAccount\AppData\Local\Temp\Archive Data Load Service\
       If there are a lot of temp files (tmp5E2D.tmp) delete them all.
3. Move any items from the "C:\Dell\ArchiveManager\Error\" directory to the "C:\Dell\ArchiveManager\Export\" directory so they will be reprocessed.
4. Start the "Archive Data Load Service"
