How to enter a near-infinitely distant Date value in Toad? (4275870)

I need to enter a value of 31DEC9999:06:00 into an Oracle Date column, to indicate a near-infinitely distant date. The Data tab on Database Explorer only gives a drop-down calendar for entering this date.User would be forced to click the Next Month button more than 95,000 times to get to the year 9999!

Is there an option in Toad for Data Analysts that allows this same direct entry?
