Archive Manager not rebuilding messages when off line.The following error may be logged in the "C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Local\Dell\Archive Manager\Offline Client\Storage\Log\OLC.wlog"2014-06-10 12:25:14,922 [10] ERROR OfflineClient.MessageAttachmentHelper - {{ab14255b-e4c8-4319-9636-5e40c91b0dce}} Unable to parse message data from url http://ArchiveManager/Outlook/ViewMessage.aspx?CheckSum=c6cff081-7498-9725-6cb1-dcdcbbcafdefSystem.Xml.XmlException: , hexadecimal value 0x00, is an invalid character. -
Cause
The error is a result of bad data being written to the encrypted cache file on disk. -
Resolution
No current workarounds,
This issue is resolved in Archive Manager maintenance release 5.0.1.
