How to start the Foglight Management Server in debug mode when it is running as a Windows Service?

Here is how to start FMS with debug when they are running as Windows service:

FMS:
- Stop FMS.
- Open Windows Services.
- Open the property of the FMS service.
- In 'Start parameters' (at the bottom of the Foglight Management Server properties windows), type '-Dquest.debug=1' (without the single quotes).
- Click Start to start FMS.

Be sure to remove this argument from the Service when you complete your analysis.  Then restart the Windows Service normally.
