How is the ER Diagram launched and populated from Toad 10 and above?
Resolution

WORKAROUND I:
1. Go to Database | Report | ER Diagram.
2. Launch the Object Palette by going to View | Object Palette
3. Drag and drop the tables you want into the ER Diagram work space
WORKAROUND 2:
1. From the Schema Browser, select the table or tables you want
2. Right click in the highlight and select "ER Diagram"
