Description

Error trying to access Toad for Oracle:

The item referred to by the shortcut cannot be accessed, you may not have the appropriate rights.
Resolution

1. Uninstall via Start | Quest Products | Uninstall Quest Products. Follow the wizard.

2. Reinstall Toad for Oracle via tthe Toad Installer .exe package.
