Alarms get fired for MSSpeechService stating the service is in the Unknown state even after removing that service from Monitored services list in Exchange Agent properties

Resolution
Defect Id EXC-134 has been logged and will be evaluated for future Release.
A workaround is to restart Agent Manager service after removing MSSpeechService from Monitored services list in Exchange agent properties.
