Setting up both local and remote agent will cause the following error when running a test with a remote agent.Not all configured Agent(s) have connected in a timely manner.The test will completely with no results and the following message.Collect agent logs from <agent_host>Collect agent general information from <agent_host> -
Resolution
WORKAROUND: The issue seems to happen only when both local agent and remote agent are setup. Removing the local agent may help.STATUS:Issue fixed in version Benchmark factory for Databases 7.2. The latest version of Benchmark Factory can be downloaded at https://support.quest.com/ -
