Description
When attempting to login as the Novell Directory Services (NDS), the context is not listed in the Archive Manager User Interface.

Cause
This is due to the loss of LDAP connectivity between Archive Manager server and Novell Directory Services (NDS) server

Resolution
1. Verify the LDAP connections from Archive Manager server to NDS server using LDAP tools
2. Ensure that the LDAP connection is established
3. Reboot NDS server to re-establish the LDAP connection
