DC Connectivity Rule is not firing an alarm when the monitored Domain Controller is down

Cause
AD cartridge includes “DC Connectivity Rule” to monitor DC state. When DC is unreachable, the state value should be 0.0.
Currently DC state value is not getting updated when DC is unreachale and hence no alarm fired.

Resolution
Defect ID AD-363 logged and has been resolved in Active Directory cartridge version 5.6.3.3 and above.
