Error at startup of Toad: "Docking.AutoHideContainer.set_Manager(DockLayoutManager value)" (4274746)

Error at startup of application and some menu and toolbars are blank:

WORKAROUND:
1. Close Toad
2. Go to one of the following folders:
C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad Data Point x.x
C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad Data Point x.x
3. Rename Settings.xml file*

STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad Data Point.

*This change will set  all Toad user settings back to default.
