Resolution
1. Go to Help | About
2. In the About Spotlight, page click on License Information
3. In the License Viewer page, click on Change this License Key
4. In the Product Authorization page, enter in the License Key and Site Message
Note: The License Key and Site Message has the following example format and it must be entered exactly as it appears.
License key: ABCD1EF2GHIJK3LM4N567OPQRS8TUVW9XY-123-456-789-Z1
Site Message: QUEST SOFTWARE
