Data collections fail when monitoring SQL Server 2000 with mixed collations after installing or upgrading to SoSSE 7.0.
No information is displayed for Databases, Data Files and Log Files counters in user interface.
Sample error messges on the counters shown below:
Metric: Total percentage used of all Data Files The following error occurred while collecting data.
Cannot resolve collation conflict for equal to operation. [446] [Error Code: 446].

Occurred: nn/nn/nnnn nn:nn:nn
Product Defect.
WORKAROUND:
Download and copy the attached patched files into the <Quest Software>\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf\Package\sqlserver_spotlight\2000 folder on the Diagnostic Server machine replacing existing ones.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of Spotlight for SQL Server Enterprise.
