Remote capture hanging
Description

Capture is stuck periodically seeing no data when using SP_OCT_OLOG_USE_OCI=1 on remote server.
Source database is non-ASM on Linux.
Or
Capture is getting BAD BLOCK retry periodically when running on Oracle RDS with SP_OCT_OLOG_USE_OCI=1 with non-ASM
Capture: OlogparGetNextRecord: OlogReadRec return BAD_BLOCK...retry
Cause

When source DB filesystemio_options=SETALL and disk_asynch_io=TRUE, capture gets stale image from Oracle when reading redo records
Resolution

SOLUTION:
Request oneoff (SPO-17668).
