Website performance degrades when attachment store is full.
A full or nearly full attachment store can dramatically slow loading of the Archive Manager website due to disk-read bottlenecks. Quest recommends a minimum buffer of 300MB free space on all attachment store volumes to preempt such performance issues.
WORKAROUND
Make sure all the path listed in the storagelocation table has at least 300mb of free space.
