Description
With PL/SQL based conflict resolution, tables with LOB or LONG column are not supported. With the new default conflict resolution such as !HostPriority, !MostRecentRecord, !LeastRecentRecord in 8.6.3 and above versions, this limit is lifted for tables with LONG or LOB

Cause
PL/SQL based conflict resolution procedure does not support LONG or LOB column due to 32k limit.

Resolution
RESOLUTION:
Upgrade to the latest SharePlex version and use the default host based or time based conflict resolution for tables with LOB or LONG columns.
