"You are not authorized to view this page" displayed in the Change Auditor Web Client (4273959)

Users who are only members of the ChangeAuditor web shared overview users-[....] group, are presented with the following warning when they start the Change Auditor Web Client:

"You are not authorized to view this page."

Members of the Change Auditor Web Shared Overview Users group only have access to the Shared Overview pages within the Web Client. If they try to log into the default site/web page on v7.4 and v7.5 (HTTP://<ChangeAuditorServer>/ChangeAuditor) and on v7.6, 7.6.1, and v7.6.2 (HTTPS://<ChangeAuditorServer>/ChangeAuditor) they will get this error, because this is an Admin-only page.

They will also get this error if there are no shared overviews created.

A specific URL for each of the shared overviews needs to be provided to the members of the Change Auditor Web Shared Overview Users group:

1. Log in to the Web Client as a Change Auditor Administrator account.
2. Click on the "Shared Overviews" button on the left-hand side.
3. Click the +Add... button to create a new Shared Overview, or select an existing one that you have previously created.
4. If creating a new one, add the necessary Widgets to display the information you wish your Helpdesk to see.
5. If the machine you're currently logged into has an email client, you can select the EMAIL option across the top. This will create an email with the URL for the overview in the body, which can then be sent to the necessary users.
6. Alternatively, from the main Shared Overview page, if you just highlight the one you want to make available, you can then click on a VIEW button, copy/paste the new URL, and send that to the users.
7. When they click on that URL, they'll be prompted to sign in, and then they'll be taken to a page with just that overview, and no option to navigate anywhere else.
