The best way to make a copy (or backup) of the Repository is to:
1. Ensure no jobs are currently running.
2. Stop the Intrust services.
3. Use backup software create a backup of the Repository/index directory in question.
4. Before restoring such repository be certain that the InTrust server which manages the repository has its 'Quest InTrust' services in the stopped/disabled state.
5. Restore the data to the new location.
6. Once restore is complete re-start the InTrust services.
7. Update relevant Repository path(s) as required.
